Production staff

Allsopp employs more than 30 full time production workers, and operates a 2 shift-working pattern and facility for 24 hour working upon demand.

Printing

  • Heidelberg MOZ/P/S – two Colour / Perfecting litho press, sheet-fed.
    Sakurai Oliver 66 – single Colour sheet-fed litho press, with multiple numbering and perforating capability.

PC and Mac drove typesetting and artwork generation, including scanning and digital photography, and various digital laser and inkjet output options, for proofing and short run work.

Studio software includes Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Pagemaker, Illustrator, Acrobat (including Pit-Stop Pro editing), and Distiller. Quark Xpress, Corel Suite including Draw, as well as Windows based applications, MS Word, Excel, Publisher etc. with Postscript and PDF compatibility, and fluent working between Windows and Mac environments.
